What to Expect from a Massage

Your massage therapist will do everything possible to make sure your experience is positive and rewarding. You will be asked about your reasons for getting a massage, medical history, current physical condition, life-style, areas of pain, stress level, and other topics.

You will be asked to undress in private and drape yourself with a sheet provided by the therapist. You will lie down on a comfortably padded massage table. The therapist will undrape only the part of your body being massaged, insuring that your modesty is respected at all times.

You should expect a comfortable and peaceful environment for your massage. Report distractions of any kind to your therapist, whether physical discomfort, room temperature, volume of music, or any other source.

Relax and enjoy the experience of massage.
